Through the request form we collect the following personal data: name, phone number, car make and model, year of manufacture, area or location, service type, preferred time and a description of the problem. We do not collect email addresses.

Personal data is processed in order to handle your service request, contact you by phone regarding the visit, perform the service and communicate with you about the job.

Data processing is carried out under the Egyptian Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 — processing necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. Giving consent to data processing is voluntary but necessary in order to handle your request.

Personal data is kept for the period necessary to complete your request and for the time required by law. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymised.
